What metals are used for jewelry?
To make our jewelry, we use 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold and 18k white gold.
How are jewelry made?

How to maintain jewelry?
Jewelry is a delicate piece and requires special care to keep its shine. To maintain it, we recommend using dishwashing liquid diluted in warm water and gently rubbing the back of the jewelry with a soft child's toothbrush. Be careful not to rub the stones directly, as this could damage your jewelry.
In general, we recommend the greatest vigilance regarding hydroalcoholic gel. Indeed, the latter can degrade jewelry containing mother-of-pearl, calcite, pearls, coral, lapis, turquoise or apatite. We invite you to remove your jewelry before each use of hydroalcoholic gel and to put it back once the product is completely dry.

Can we change the stone colors as well as the gold color of the setting?
Absolutely! All our jewelry is customizable, so you can change the stones and the color of the gold according to your wishes. Thus, we will adjust the price according to the stones used.
Do not hesitate to contact us to let us know the desired customization when ordering.
Please also note that for this type of request, delivery times will be extended depending on the project.
Can I have my order resized after purchase?
Resizing is entirely possible free of charge after purchase, except in certain very exceptional cases due to the complexity of the frame and the setting technique used.

How can I order my jewelry?
Only jewelry from the Mon Ange collection is available online. For jewelry from other collections, we invite you to contact us by phone or email, indicating the collection and the reference of the desired jewelry.

What is the nature of the prices displayed on the site?
The prices displayed in the collections (excluding the Mon Ange collection) are for information purposes only, the price may vary depending on the current price of materials (for example, gold) or depending on possible customization (for example, change of stones or gold color).
What is the lead time?
As each piece is made to order, it takes on average 6 weeks between the time of ordering and delivery of the jewel.
Do you have the models available immediately in store?
Our jewelry is made to order but some models are available in store. We invite you to contact the store closest to you to check the availability of the model you want.
Where can I find a store?
Our jewelry is available in stores throughout France and abroad. We will be delighted to welcome you to the designer's store in Paris (located at 12 rue de la Paix, Paris 75002) as well as in our partner stores.

Can my jewelry be shipped?
Absolutely! In addition to the store, we can have your jewelry delivered directly to your home or to the address you provide when ordering.
- If you live in Metropolitan France, your jewelry will be delivered to you within a maximum of 2 weeks after production, with delivery costs varying according to the value of the jewelry.
- If you live in Europe, shipping by Colissimo International is possible, with delivery costs varying according to the value of the jewelry.
- If you reside in the United States, delivery via FedEx is possible, delivery costs varying according to the value of the jewelry.
