Refund policy

Withdrawal:
In accordance with Articles L. 121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has
a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of his order by himself
or by the recipient of the order, to return at his expense only by the carrier or in
declared value to the Post Office, the entirety of his order and obtain, at the Buyer's choice, the exchange of the products, or a credit or a refund corresponding to the amount of his order.
The jewelry has a label called a sealing label, which is affixed to each of them.
This label must not be removed if the customer wishes to return the jewelry to EMASUR within the framework of the clause exercising the "satisfied or refunded" clause. Removing this label implies the lifting of all reservations by the customer and the decision by the latter to keep the jewel permanently by waiving the benefit of the "satisfied or refunded" clause.
EMASUR S.A will reimburse the Buyer no later than thirty (30) days following the date of receipt of the returned products following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. The reimbursement of the returned products will be made in accordance with the "reimbursement and exchange terms" defined in Article 9 below. In the event of use of the right of withdrawal for only part of the order, only the price invoiced for the returned products will be reimbursed. Only the return or exchange of products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, box, certificate of authenticity), in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, unworn, and accompanied by the carefully completed return slip will be accepted.
